Joining us will be Laura Herz, R&D Food Scientist at ProteinDistillery. Laura is part of their product development team, specializing in yeast-derived ingredients and their application in alternative proteins. With a Master’s in Food Science & Engineering from the University of Hohenheim and past experience at the Nestlé Research Center, she brings deep expertise in plant-based innovation and the development of sustainable substitutes for egg and meat.
